Copyright
All original artwork (text / images) remain the property of David S.Parr (referred to from this point onwards in these Terms & Conditions as DSP).

All designs produced for any job remain the property of DSP until payment is made in full. Original artwork created by DSP remains his property and is subject to copyright and maynot be used without his written permission.

Deposit
Once an order is confirmed (by DSP via email, telephone on paper), the buyer must pay a 50% deposit of the total cost of their job(s) before any work is begun.

Full Payment
The buyer must pay the outstanding 50% before before delivery (please allow 14 days for the cheque to clear) unless it has been previously arranged and approved with DSP to be cash on delivery.

Design Approval & Proof Reading
The buyer will approve all designs and be responsible for proof-reading all text and confirm everthing is correct before the full job is produced. Mistakes made and noticed before anything is printed will be corrected free of charge when DSP is notified. Once the design complete and approved by the buyer, the buyer will need to confirm in writing (email or paper) before production.

Corrections
Mistakes notified after printing can be corrected, but only if the cost of reproduction is met by the buyer. This will be 50% of the total price (as the designs should inccur minimal charges and these will be met by DSP unless they involve a cost of more than 5% of the total cost outstanding. Where the cost of redesign is neccessary the buyer will pay the excess above 5%.

Deadlines
If the job is to be produced for a deadline, it must be discussed and agreed with DSP at the time of placing your order.
